Introduce： The gas proportioner yields a mixture with exact proportion of the compositions desired, by PLC open-loop/closed-loop control. Specially it is applicable to nitrogen-hydrogen mixture with strict hydrogen content.

principle

The gas proportioner yields a mixture with exact proportion of the compositions desired, by PLC open-loop/closed-loop control. Specially it is applicable to nitrogen-hydrogen mixture with strict hydrogen content.
Technology

According to the flowrate of main gas stream from a digital flowmeter, PLC calculates the flowrate of the proportional gas to open the flow controller to the corresponding scale, which is open-loop control. In closed-loop control, PLC regulates the flow controller to achieve desired composition with PID regulation according to the feedback signals of the mixture concentration. When the main stream fluctuates greatly, open-loop control and closed-loop control will be combined to stabilize the concentration of the proportioned mixture within the required value.
