    一：故障现象:    其中一塔排气不彻底原因:    1.单向阀漏气    2.反吹阀开启过大处理:    1.更换单向阀或内密封圈    2.调节反吹阀开启量 二：故障现象:    纯度下降原因:    1.吸附压力过高(0.8Mpa)    2.吸附压力过低(    3.吸附压力不稳    4.气源含水油量过多    5.进气量过大使压力上升过快    6.出气部分接口漏气    7.分子筛中毒处理:    1.减少进气压力    2.加大进气压力    3.进气口加个储罐    4.入口前加装油水分离器    5.调节入口调节阀，减少进气量。    6.取下重新插接    7.更换分子筛 三：故障现象:    氮气机不工作原因:    1.电源指示灯不亮。    2.电源插头或插座无电。处理:    1.检查保险丝是否正常（保险的位置在电源线与氮气机插座的下端）。用一字螺丝刀轻轻向外一挑就可把保险取出。有两个保险，一个在用一个备用，必要时更换...
