Refrigerating dryer
Introduce: In the systems of purifying compressed air, dryers with refrigerating methods are preferred. In a refrigerating dryer, water moisture is cooled, condensed, separated, and then discharged, and therefore the air can be dried. The dew point of the compressed air dried can reach below 2 ~ 10 ℃. JCD & JAD series of refrigerating dryers are characterized by high efficiency, energy saving, reliability, steadiness, long life, satisfactory varieties, etc. The refrigerating dryers are classified into air-cooling and water-cooling according to the cooling modes, classified into high-temperature and low-temperature according to the inlet temperature, and can be customized according to users' requirements.

principle

JCD & JAD series of refrigerating dryers are characterized by high efficiency, energy saving, reliability, steadiness, long life, satisfactory varieties, etc. The refrigerating dryers are classified into air-cooling and water-cooling according to the cooling modes, classified into high-temperature and low-temperature according to the inlet temperature, and can be customized according to users' requirements.

To configure

1.The refrigeration compressor is the high-temperature entirely closed type characterized by stable operation,low noise,reliable performance and electricity conservation and long lifespan.

2.The thermal exchangers and condensers use high quality and efficiency thread tubes with high heat transfer index that contributes to its small volume and compact structure.The material for the barrel is stainless steel or plated carbon steel to avoid second pollution to the compressed air.

3.The refrigeration control elements are advanced elements in the world with fine performance.They have the function of limiting flow and reducing pressure of thermal expansion valve,energy adjustment function of thermal by-pass valve, fumction to protect the freeze oil of oil-separator and function to protect cold medium at high and low pressure.

4.The evaporators have a large exchange area and the characteristics of small temperature difference of heat transfer and fine water-removing effect to effectively reduce the air temperature at the outlet of evaporators and make the dew point more stable.

5.unique interception drainage design and cyclone separator ensure reliable drainage and high separation rate.

6.the use of new-type thermal exchanger and design to optimize the loop of refrigeration and cooling reduce the amount of cold.
