And provide the users with 24-hour hotline (020-84569638) and email service (weiton@weiton.com) of the sale headquarters, to ensure smooth and timely communication to coordinate the treatments after sale. Ordinary replacement parts are stocked sufficiently, and offered in time. The replacement parts are favourable in lifetime.
(2) Offer free technical consultation about the products, and be responsible for repairing the products in lifetime. And offer spare parts preferentially.
(3) Respond to user's requirements within 2 hours after receiving a repair notice, and arrive at the site within 48 hours for troubleshooting, until the fault is removed and the normal operation is completely restored.
(4) Responsible for repairing the equipment in lifetime, supplying spare parts timely and upgrading the software free.
(5) Ensure that ordinary spare parts are stocked sufficiently, and offered in time. The spare parts are favourable in lifetime.
